UK delivery is free on every order and typically arrives in 2–4 working days. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the next working day.

Yes — you’ll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

We currently ship across the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, email us at hello@knitwearlondon.com and we’ll do our best to help.

We pack quickly, but if you email us within an hour of ordering we’ll do everything we can to amend or cancel before it ships.

We offer free 30-day returns. If a piece isn’t right, send it back unworn with its tags for a full refund. Start a return by emailing hello@knitwearlondon.com.

Email us with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid returns label and simple instructions. Pop the piece back in its packaging, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest post point.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of your return reaching our UK warehouse. We’ll email to confirm.

Of course. The quickest way is to return your original piece for a refund and reorder the size or colour you’d like, so you don’t miss out while stock lasts.

Our knitwear is designed with a relaxed, true-to-size fit. Take your usual size for an easy layer. If you’re between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay true for a roomier feel.

Each product page has a size guide with garment measurements. If you’d like help choosing, email us your usual size and the piece you’re after and we’ll advise.

We work primarily in lambswool and merino, chosen for softness, warmth and longevity. Each product page lists that piece’s exact composition.

Wash cool on a wool cycle or by hand, then reshape and dry flat — never tumble dry or hang wet, as this can pull the knit out of shape. A little gentle de-pilling keeps it looking new for years.
