Refund policy

We want you to love your knitwear. If something isn’t right, we offer free 30-day returns.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to return

Email support@knitwearlondon.co.uk with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid returns label and simple instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you’d like, so you don’t miss out while stock lasts.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at support@knitwearlondon.co.uk and we’ll put it right. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
