Shipping policy

All prices are shown in GBP. We offer free UK shipping on every order.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 6–8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also track your order any time on our Track your order page.

International orders

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please contact us at support@knitwearlondon.co.uk.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or peak periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email support@knitwearlondon.co.uk and we’ll help.
